Orders are processed within 1 (one) working day. It is reminded that an order is only sent once it has been processed.

As soon as the order is processed, the corresponding products are sent and delivered.

The shipping costs that apply to the order are those mentioned on the site at the time of the order. It is expressly specified that the amount of the shipping costs may vary according to the geographical zone of delivery of the products, which the customer recognizes and expressly accepts.

The delivery times are indicated on the site. The delivery times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Jimmy Jarnet uses the Post Office colissimo service for the delivery of products, Jimmy Jarnet is totally dependent on the Post Office. The delivery times indicated on the site may be impacted because of the Post Office without Jimmy Jarnet is not responsible for these delays in delivery and the consequences that could result.

The responsibility of Jimmy Jarnet will not be engaged in case of non-respect of the delivery deadlines.

Outside the European Union, customs or import fees and taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore the responsibility of the customer to find out the amount of these charges from his local customs office.

Each delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the product(s) is (are) made available by the carrier to the purchaser, or to a third party indicated by the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify immediately upon receipt of the Product(s) the conformity and integrity of the product(s) shipped.

Any identified anomaly/reservation at the time of delivery (in particular late delivery, missing or damaged product) must be reported in a complete and precise manner by the buyer on the receipt given by the carrier when the products are made available and/or confirmed by registered letter to the carrier within two (2) working days following receipt of the order.

Any such reservation must be notified in parallel and as soon as possible to the seller’s customer service. A copy of the complaint addressed to the carrier must be attached.
Any claim made after the deadline will be rejected.
