Return Policy

To return one or more items from an order, please contact our customer service for a return authorization. Please write your order number in the email.

The buyer has a right of withdrawal that he can exercise within fourteen (14) clear days. To exercise his right of withdrawal, the buyer must send his decision of withdrawal to the seller by any unambiguous statement before the expiration of the withdrawal period by mail.

We do not provide a return label.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the items. Taxes or duties on international shipments are non-refundable.

The purchaser must return the complete product(s), not used, in its (their) packaging of origin intact and accompanied by (their) packing of origin as well as a copy of the invoice, without excessive delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the communication by the purchaser of his decision to retract, with the address communicated by the customer service.

The cosmetic products must not have been unsealed in order for the buyer to benefit from the right of withdrawal.

Any product that has been damaged will not be refunded.

If the products are not returned within fourteen (14) days following the communication by the buyer of his decision to withdraw, no reimbursement will be made.

Once the returned product has been quality checked and approved, our customer service will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

We are not responsible for Jimmy Jarnet’s items purchased from others retailers.
